This majestic North Boulder home called for landscape architecture to meet with the scale and modernity of the towering limestone and contrasting deep grey walls. We started by adding life to the fireplace courtyard using porcelain pavers and planting pockets, grounding the oversized granite columns with a bubbling water boulder and layered plant specimens. Further projects have broken down previously uninspired linearity and settled the home into it’s welcoming organic setting, maintaining the refined style and spaciousness
